I have run into this at the top of an exit ramp...... like they came up the wrong way.

the guy has UK licence plate, hasn't he? ..
Nobody can tell you anything about it. Those who know about it aren't allowed to talk. And those who talk know nothing.

Re: AI on Wrong side of road
I think I see another bug in that screenshot, the right rear wheel appears not to be touching the road, according to the shadow.

No wonder he can't move, we all know how differentials work with one wheel in the air

Re: AI on Wrong side of road
Are you sure it is not due to an accident?
Re: AI on Wrong side of road
Due to an accident? I think yes, for sure.
Question is what caused it. A mod, perhaps? On the unchanged map, I've seen such aftermath of an accident only on country roads with one lane for each directions. And very, very rarely. Never on a motorway road or a prefab with multiple lanes. Was this just luck?
That doesn't mean it isn't a bug. But such situation can easily be enforced by errors in map-mod creation (LHD vs. RHD). Or by improper modified prefabs, which can make vehicles jump to an opposite lane.
Until it is proven that no mods regarding prefabs or roads are involved, and it is told where exactly this happened, there isn't much to reason about.
