[READ BEFORE POSTING AI BUGS] AI bugs megathread.

Since 1.14 this thread is no longer valid for AI reports as they have reworked the AI a lot in 1.14.
Please post your 1.14+ AI bugs in the correct subforum. Of course making sure that it hasn't already been posted. So check and make sure and use an existing thread if it exists.
If the thread is locked that means it's in the internal bug tracker or SCS are already aware and working on it. That is, DO NOT make duplicate reports.


In an effort to collect all data on AI bugs in one place, i have decided to make a sticky topic for this.

That is, all cases where AI...
  • Spawn in weird configurations, such as floating mid air or with the tractor turned into the trailer.
  • Crash into the side of your vehicle.
  • Refuses to move regardless of there being an obstacle or not.
  • Continually crashes into each other.
  • "Explodes" when you pass them.
  • Vehicles that get stuck in an endless loop inside a roundabout. Never leaving the roundabout.
In essence, all of the above are cases that cannot be reproduced reliably. They are rare occurrences that doesn't happen in the same location every time you pass it.

This does NOT include AI that...
  • Disappears from sight at the same place along the normally accessible road network, A.K.A despawns.
  • Trucks that go past a "no trucks allowed" sign.
  • Trucks or cars that refuse to go down a certain road in a junction.
  • Places where this can be reproduced time and time again.
As with all bug reports, we need a copy of game.log.txt (and game.crash.txt if your game crashes at the same time), images and coordinates.
All bug reports HAVE to be on the vanilla game, no mods or traces of mods in your profile.
Please post a link to your game logs using http://www.pastebin.com with an expiry time of "NEVER" in this thread so we don't have to scroll past massive walls of game log data.

All bug reports that belong in this thread but have been posted outside of it will be moved here without notification. Repeat "offenders" will be asked to use this thread. Further action will be taken if instructions aren't followed.
Please help the moderators and SCS developers gather all relevant data into this one thread using the report function with a message like:

"This should go into the AI bugs megathread"

this has been 2 times now. and i saw a trailer outside of barriers of the road blocking the whole thing couldnt get past without taking damage.

Hello, a few days ago at the gas station indicated in the coordinates I stopped at the entrance. A Scania, despite long distances before I frenassi slightly, crashed into me. This however is not the main problem: after he came against me altr 5 times as if I were invisible. This often happens when the AI collide head.

Another one,

The little A.I.s (cars) after enter then out in a gas station seems to keep the station's speed limits in mind 30-40 km, that's lead to a long trail of cars behind them,
also some cars when go out from a tunnel keep flashing the front lights continuously.

If needed, I'll record and provide videos, seems no related with a particular position on the map.

Thanks DorinDXN but all we need are coordinates and an image showing the problem. (Like your current speed as you are following the AI)
And a copy of your game.log.txt on pastebin with a link.

and, why is there 2 engines for the scania that is exactly the same except the cost to buy it - it's the 560HP (412KW) only difference is cost and R on the one and the other is streamline other than that they are exactly the same.

i havent enabled console mode yet, sry, im too hooked up in the game, maybe i can get to it after tonight.
