Stein Bruch, various time going

Hello. I found that at some "Stein Bruch" quarries time going slow as in the cities, and at other ones - fast like at the countryside. For example, Wrocław(fast time) and Prague(slow time) quarries. You can checkit yourself, they are located not too far to each other. I can also share a video if you need.
