OK, no mods at all, started a new profile driving a rather interesting brown truck Sc..something

How to try to reproduce, the timing seems to be important, use video as reference
1) stop at tollgate
2) wait as in video
3) switch to behind_rotation camera
4) wait/pan a bit left to right
5) press the activate key to pay the toll
6) keep blink to left key/padel pressed while the toll rises up

you'll see force_mods in the log but mod folder is empty

I think I nailed it down, just press the key for activate (pay the toll) then press and hold the key for left blinking, the toll rises then goes down and that's it.

No problem, 11 day is quite long time, first half I tried to find how to trigger the bug, and I reached some success,
is driver's habit to blink to left when starts the car, the other half I tried to learn how to avoid it

so looks like if I don't blink at all until I escape the tollgate then I'm fine

so I don't blink both lights and eyes and I go through - quite exciting
