Mouse doesn't respond

The mouse does not respond.
When asking for SDK stuff, in the first screen after launching the game and cinematics, the cursor can't move.
The problem is fixed by restarting Steam.

I don't understand because I did nothing special since the time it worked well. No mods or anything.
I use the same controls and all. I have the same material, mouse, keyboard, 360 pad, nothing changed. The mouse works well on any other game and Windows without any problem.

I'm on Windows 8.1, last version of the game (1.15.1).

Perhaps you should read again and see that I never said that the cursor was stuck on the upper left corner.
It was stuck in the middle of the screen. And this is not the same part of the forum. I only checked the bug part for some dark reason...
And the thread you showed me is very old and the game was is an older version.


Now, it's fixed. I didn't do anything, I still don't understand. The mouse responds properly.
