Reduced FPS after CPU upgrade

I did upgrade my CPU and I don't know how to comment it. Take a look on FPS counter and try to let me know how it§s possible.
ETS 2 works faster on my old i5 6400 CPU than a new i7-6700. I did not change anything on software side also. Same RAM , SSD, GPU .... how it§s possible. Both CPUs are Skylakes.

in the case of hackintosh you can change almost everything

Yes are completely right. But I am curious why there is no changes in FPS when CPU frequency increased. I only noticed something like that in the case of the SCS games.

Perhaps most of the work is done by the GPU, not the CPU. On my real MacBook Pro, when playing the game, it doesn't use even 50% of the CPU but I have to cut a lot of graphic settings to low in order to have a decent framerate.
