ETS2 1.40.0.88s open beta No Save Files Are Loading [RESOLVED]

Yesterday I was playing version 1.40.0.83s with my main profile without any problems. Today when I loaded the game a new version detected message appeared. On continuing the loading it was interrupted and no previous save files at all were offered on the list (see attached screenshot). Loading my other profile resulted in the same screen. I created a new profile and loaded that, but alas this also produced the same screen.

I'm getting the same problem, I tried to copy in a backed up steam save, and it did the same thing.
