I modeled an interclimate for my truck...after exporting the model it was all buggy (stained and deformed)...how to avoid this problem?
Note: I triangulated before exporting...

If you don't triangulate does the same problem occur?

If he doesn't triangulate, the exporter will do that for him.
Do you have correctly marked sharp edges? Edge split modifier? No custom normals? Without a picture it's hard to guess what's wrong.

You could try adding an edge split modifier and then export again. To me it looks like a shading problem i had myself and i got it sorted out by using edgle split. Defining hard edges alone didn't helped.

because you have to apply an edge split modifier if you define hard edges
