Hi guys ;)

When skinning a trailer, i figured out that it's easier to put the whole model in blender to see what i looks like.
instead of going in and out of game just to see it.

But my question for you are;

When i edit a dds file for the trailer, is there anyway possible just to refresh the model in blender?
Or do i have to re-import the model for every single time i edit like one stripe or a bolt or some other things?

For now i have done that, but just thought if i just can refresh a model.
Not so familiar with blender yet, just starting to learn this program ;)

Best regards

SP

If you mean if you can refresh the dds of the skin, yes.
In the uv image editor, next to the drop list where you select which image to use for the uv projection, there is a menu called image. in it, you will find an entry called "reload image", which does exactly that.
Retired, but still loving it.

Thanks man ;) now it will be easier to skin and check the results, instead of re-import etc etc the model for every single time ;)

Hi, i got a question.
How do you add another item to a truck in blender?
I import the truck, that part i know, then when blender has loaded the full truck, i import the "item"/lets say new lights on the front grill.
When i import the light and it has everything from the light model, how do i then add it to the truck and also make sure it sticks the the front grill when i export the truck.pmd?

Guys, which AO baking settings do you use for the most time? I made a new lightbox for my truck, but I'm not satisfied with my Ambient Occlusion, it's too light in my opinion. I also added vertex colours, but it's still too bright/light.
