Photoshop textures maps

I'am looking for help in how I add normal maps and specular alpha maps to my material for ET2 the texture's work perfect for UT 4 I know they are a world apart. Would be nice I can take them to the next level in ET2 I have been pointed to DXTBmp alpha just want to see if there a all in would or if any knows if quixel can do it .any more help or TUTS people can pont me to would be a big help
