You'll need to make sure you have Blender Tools and Converter Pix setup before you import any scs model.

As well as the base.scs, so you will need to extract the game files as well.

In Blender:

File > Import > "SCS Models-ConverterPIX & BT"

Find base.scs, click it, "add archives to list" on the top right.

Then import > the ConverterPIX box opens up > vehicle > trailer_eu/trailer_owned and find the reefer.
