my pedals are inverted

Hi I got problem with my pedals they are inverted and dont know how to change it anyone got any ideas

Nope, not with that much information to go on. If you want anyone to be able to help you, you need to provide more information, and it wouldn't hurt to be as specific as possible. What kind of pedals? Are they part of a wheel set? How old are they? Do you use any kind of software for controllers? It is unlikely (though not completely impossible, I suppose) that anyone can help you based on what you posted.

they are mad catz mc2 pedals plug into side of steering wheel they register as xbox 360 in drivers just plug and play

also running windows 8.1

I didn't think about this before, but are there game.log and crash.log files in that game? If there are, you should post a copy of them. They might have some helpful information in them. If they are too large to fit in one message you can use Pastebin.com to post them.
