How do you install this mod?

For the purposes of most SCS games (that I know of anyway), .zip files serve two purposes. Basically stated, a .zip file that has .zip files inside it are archives. And .zip files that has files and folder in them are game mods.

On the page you liked to, is a zip file named 18wh_old_mackr_v2.1_haulin.zip. Inside this file, which is being used in the typical .zip file fashion as an archive, there is an image file named preview.jpg, a readme.txt file which contains information about the mod, and two .zip files that are the actual "mod" files for the game.

Now that you understand how .zip files are used for this game, go to 7zip.com and download the version you need for your computer. You will need to know what type of Operating System and CPU you have. Such as Windows or Linux, and 32Bit or 64Bit.

Once you have 7Zip installed, extract the 18wh_old_mackr_v2.1_haulin.zip file and read the readme.txt file. That should tell you what you need to know to install the mod.

when I try to extract the zip files to the mod folder its says ''not implemented''

I downloaded the file and did what I suggested to you and the main file and the .zip files inside it all worked fine. (I did not test the mods however, because I haven't had Haulin' installed in quite some time.) If the .zips don't work for you, then it's something about your computer that makes .zip files not work properly. Did you try 7Zip? It should correct any settings that are not set properly for extracting .zip files.

Yes it's me again, I'm trying to download the Kenworth SAR Midrise but I don't know how to install .ZIP file mods.
