Willing to pay someone for sound engine mod 18 wos haulin

Yes I will actually pay for someone if they create a sound engine mod for me. Ive tried over 1 year and a half of making it and watching tutorials and seeing how others did their sound engine but it didnt work for me. I actually only got one part of the sound engine that worked which was the start up but the rest was like really high pitch noises I could not fix. PM me to know what I exactly want in my sound. I'm willing to pay atleast 10$ but we can always work something out.
