How to edit anims for 18 wos haulin?

I want to edit an anim for a bus that I'm creating in zmodeler 2 and I only need the anim, with what program is that edited?

None, as far as I know. Unfortunately, Zmodeler 2 wasn't capable of handling animations. And I've never heard of any other program to do edits on those old SCS models.

In the days of ETS 1, I've seen attempts to edit animations with a hex editor. But to do that, you got to be very, very technical. And to be able to do a complex reverse-engineering of that stuff.

Sorry, but I think there is no solution for you.
