There's either a problem with the animation or with the texture. Check in the blender whether the animation works on the turn signals, and it is correctly spelled out. Textures can be without an alpha channel or completely dark, which may not be visible when the turn signals are flashing.

hi, i just started using blender with scs's blender tools. and i am trying to make a chrome bull bar paintable. now i've managed to get the model imported but i get an error message that it can't read the "generic_reflection.tobj" file and i have no clue how to fix it. i also don't know if i am using the base path correct. mine is pointing to the folder where my def.scs and base.scs files are extracted.

Guys I need some help. I have an issue with one of my mods. Basically the reflections on the windows in the interior look weird.
viewtopic.php?p=1527096#p1527096 here is how it looks in the game.
The material settings are 100% identical to the ones used by SCS, but the reflections still look weird. Any hints on how to solve the issue?

@galimim I had this problem with several models of SCS trucks. I solved it by re-importing new models of game version 1.40 Now, I don't know if it can help you either, but it's worth a try.

@galimim for some reason the objects were messed up. So I copied from the scs volvo the objects, set the right materials (make sure to adjust look1 AND look2 in future!), set right vertex groups and now it works fine.

Thanks, I did the same and now it works fine. Something must have gotten messed up on the export.
