most probably you mean "prepared" job trailers, right? Well I would say no, because they aren't really traffic. But what I do know is that if you are using "detailed_model" and "model" attributes in defs then "model" is used for them. They switch to "detailer_model" once you take a job ;)

Yeah all the trailers in company.
And i was thinking "model" was only used in ai traffic :P

model = when you get the job
lod1 = until you get the job parked ones and best ai one

And indeed where is detailed_model used, I can only assume "photo mode" or "trailer browser"

detail_model: Path to the detailed mesh model descriptor (.pmd). This is used only for vehicles used by player. Additionally they are used in vehicle previews & browser windows.
model: Path to the model descriptor (.pmd). If only a single LOD is used, it should be set up as model, and the other attributes (detail_model, lods) should not be defined.
lods: Paths to the reduced level-of-detail model descriptors (.pmd), in order of increasing viewing distance (decreasing model complexity).

Since I copy what SCS does ... and if messing up with Workshop Uploader goes that way, it won't really matter.

Yep "model" is used by traffic when you see them from up close.
