I kind of need help:
Basically I have imported RJL's 4 Series animations to make some edits to it, but when I export, the blinkers don't light up unless the Hazards lights are on:

I've inspected the blinker animation and apparently when it's on it's positioned way further back then the rest of the dashboard lights.
I've also tried importing the 1.39 version of the 4 Series interior animations and other 4 Series mods with RJL's interior and still it suffers the same issue
How can I fix this?
Also is there a way to separate the blinkers so that the left one is for the left indicator and the right one for the right indicator?
I remember a few 4 Series mods having this blinker layout

Make sure you untick use welding when you import or the indicator lights may fuse together.
And about the functionality of the blinker indicator lights, the left indicator is for the truck and right one is for trailer so it functions a bit different than on modern trucks. Unfortunately the game does not support proper behaviour so it just functions as if you always have a trailer connected.

Yeah I did think it wouldn’t be possible to have one indicator for when the trailer is attached

Hi

I've been having some problem with the SCS Blender Tools add-on on Linux.
When I try to export the models, it returns this error:

Code: Select all

Error: Conversion aborted! Please install WINE, it's required to run conversion tools on Linux!
I already have Wine installed, conversion tools path is correctly set. I can't find a reason for that.

I already worked on linux before, and didn't had any problems.

@50keda maybe you have any idea what I should do?

From the pictures you can see what the problem is. The problem is that with the mod, you do not see reflective dashed lines. The only change I made was to add sticker slots to the chassis, it happens on both chassis (ch_2 & ch_3). Thank you for your assistance.

They probably use piko.alldir flavor on retroreflective shader, which blender can't export properly due to a limitation. Remove it if so.

Thank you for the answer, but I made changes on the chassis, locations where the sticker will be placed have been added, and nothing more than that. An hour ago, I imported the chassis, I imported it from the "base" file. The only warning he writes when exporting the chassis is that you can see in the attached picture. I don't know where to look for what you wrote to me (piko.alldir)?

I believe you can ignore those errors (It's just the vertex colour not being 0.5 exactly)

@tobrago Go to materials tab with the reflective stripes selected and and untick piko.alldir flavor (under retroreflective).

@FierbetoN Thank you very much. I fixed the problem, it looks like SCS should do the update or Blender Tools and Conversion Tools should be updated. I will be free to ask you if you could help me with this problem in question is the mod for ATS. Thank you in advance.
