Adding the hookups to your model simply tells the game where to display the flares. Light cast by the flares is handled by the hookup files themselves.
To achieve what you are asking for, you'll need to extract the game's files from base.scs using the SCS Extractor Tool, modify the settings inside the unit/hookup/vehicle_orangel.sii file, and then pack the modified flare file into a mod.
Be aware, any changes you make to this flare hookup will be used by anything that also uses this flare hookup, such as AI traffic vehicles.

Hi, can somebody say what's a problem with lamp shader? In blender and in main menu headlights look perfect, but in the game world material is very bright. I just changed default texture on the headlights model, then export, nothing more. Material settings are completely default. I tested all trucks, and this problem is only on 389 (both grilles)

If you didn`t change materials settings or vertex color of the headlights, then check alpha channel of your headlights texture. It shouldn't be very bright like white or bright grey. Your headlights texture on rgb channel might require some darkening as well, at least if you don`t want to adjust headlight material settings.

Are there issues if I use Blender 2.82?
And if there is does someone have a link to 2.81?

Hello! I began to have a problem with the wipers (they do not remove rain from the glass). I checked the entire registration several times. I tried the default animation to drive through Blender Tools the wipers also do not remove the rain. Where to look for a problem?

@Schumi Check wiper position. Maybe it's away from the windshield. I had such a problem.

EDIT:
When Conversion Tools is scheduled to release for the ETS2 1.37 version of the game? Currently for ATS game, Conversion Tools version 2.12. Thanks. ;)

Everything will be okay in the end, and if it`s not okay, it`s not the end.
