Yes, addon is supporting any 2.9X version or at least I tried it with 2.90 and 2.92.

@schumi Looks like hookups are not parsed properly for some reason, the have quote mark on the beginning but they shouldn't. Can you share the hookup SII file where you have them defined?

@mohegan13 Feature is experiemental, thus not supported in official tools yet.

@50keda this line is taken from prefab\warehouse_small\warehouse_small.pim

Code: Select all

}
Locator {
     Name: "ml1"
     Hookup: "template.light.lamp.y.normal.fadelong.deg130#height:5.8;target:5.8"
     Index: 0
     Position: ( &423226f3  &40b99dc9  &421d7e3c )
     Rotation: ( &3f3504f3  &bf3504f3  &00000000  &00000000 )
     Scale: ( &3f800000  &3f800000  &3f800000 )
}
and this is taken from unit\hookup\lights\lamp\template.light.lamp.sii

Code: Select all

}

light_source : template.light.lamp.y.normal.fadelong.deg130
{
	setup: lumen_hue_saturation
	ambient_color: (0.5, 31, 71)
	diffuse_color: (6500, 41, 54)
	specular_color: (6500, 41, 54)

	cut_direction: vertical

	range: 33
	cut_range: 11
	inner_angle: 10.0
	outer_angle: 130.0
}
These values are written in the prefab file height:5.8;target:5.8 they cannot be written in SCS Blender Tools. Therefore when exporting Blender gives an error

Any advice on exactly what this means and how to fix.

Code: Select all

Object 'piece_0' from SCS Root 'wipers' has unormalized vertex color, some vertices use: 1.00000. instead of max 0.5

No vertex color should be exceding <0, 0.5> limits, even vertex color layer for alpha. The easiest way to fix this is either by script or using levels operation in vertex color mode.

Quick question. I've had the same thing come up for me too, but the piece it was referring to was a shadow only model, which last time I checked you can't vertex paint. 🤷‍♂

Would be great if also Normal Map Support for "dif.spec.weight" Shader could be integrated into next Blender Tools version.

At least i missed that option when trying to add Normal Map to terrain shader.

Everything will be okay in the end, and if it`s not okay, it`s not the end.
