Thanks @kast, that did the trick ;)

The new Blender is like learning a complete new 3D software. It's probably good but it's also very annoying when doing things you could do while sleeping before now takes ages to figure out

@50keda
Hi, is there an option to set in conversion tools to export the tga files directly to dds dxt5?
Some textures are saved in dds dxt1 :C

@Dotec The ones without alpha are saved as dxt1 which is correct.

@abasstreppas but I need them in dxt5 for opengl in linux.
So I guess I have to manually resave them with gimp or something else with mipmaps.

DXT1 is the .dds standard, and if conversion tools converts it to DXT1 it will also work with openGL

Hi guys.

How to manage SCS Looks system on blender?
Do not understand how to manage different texture on different look.
For example, I have 3 SCS look, want to make 1 texture for 1 look, but when i assign texture to look 1~3, texture became same for all looks.

How to solved this ya? thanks

I use Blender 2.79

You should also specify a SCS Looks in the definition file.

Code: Select all

model: "/vehicle/trailer_owned/upgrade/adr/adr_01.pmd"
look: adr

Everything will be okay in the end, and if it`s not okay, it`s not the end.

did you click WT after editing the link to the textures ?

dont do that, link a texture, go to the next look, link another one

if it doesnt work, save your work and restart blender, if it still doesnt work you have to delete the material and create a new one, i had this problem some times
