what your 3D view show looks like a bad unwrap, this is the reason it looks like this, look at the other SCS models and see how it is done properly

I moved the UV on purpose, to see that even if I do a UNWRAP, it doesn't change anything. I also looked many times at different SCS prefab, but I don't see any difference from mine

After 3 days of research, i had tried to uninstall blender tools, and reinstall, extract again the base. I can't manage the 2 UV's always just one.. i don't know if it's a bug of the blender tools 2.0

If someone now what is the solution, i am very stuck on my prefab

The smooth transitions are done with the alpha vertex colour layer, with a 0 being UV Map 0, and 0.5+ being UV Map 1. Anything in between blends the two. Use wireframe view and the Vertex Colour mode. Material documentation (Old screenshots but the principle is the same)

Do I have something to change, a parameter somewhere or is everything done automatically ?

You have to do a proper vertex color alpha painting, just as sam showed you. Select proper vertex colors go to vertex paint mode and make sure to paint black for usage of base texture and white for usage of over texuture.
