SCS Software

Ive been trying for 3 days to get models in the editor so I could use them. I have them in blender although what follows that is where I am going wrong. I have tried following multiple tutorials and the tutorial from SCS on the forums is very outdated. Could anyone help me out or post a good tutorial to follow?
