Setting up the building.lvcol.day shader

I've updated to Blender 2.92, updated to the latest SCS Tools, and I'm trying to set the lighting settings for the "building.lvcol.day" texture shader with the new lighting system.
When I pick this shader, SCS Tools lists the default settings for the "Luminance (Day, Night) (nit)" property as 0 and 0.
I've imported SCS Software's street lights to see how they did it, but theirs come in differently.
They use the same shader for the faces of where the light comes from, but there is only one value for this property which is set to 2048.
I cannot replicate this with the current version of the SCS Tools addon.
Any help with this?
