why do you need uv_2?
just resave the dds file again with dxt5

because v.tex errors are not solved with fixing wrong texture formatting, v.tex error means missing uv_channel

also UV_2 isnt needed, a copy of UV_1 is enough, UV_2 is only used for alternativ_uvset, and the new trucks by SCS dont use it anymore (NG Scania, MAN TGX E6, Renault T, International Lonestar, Mack Anthem and the Western Star NEXT definitely also)

model uses none existent materials, typical ZMod in most cases

How would I duplicate the UV_1?
Also in the Surface, it says ComposingLight but I cannot use a shader, what Surface should I use?
Also yeah I think it was Zmod, however Hounddog has used the same truck so I think he fixed it.

Looks are for specifying different images/appearances without the need to add/change geometry of the model.
All of the images that are used for each one of the looks should all have the same dimensions as each other or the UV mapping will look strange.

@tobrago For example using looks, I can add an AI trailer pack that only has one trailer in it, but multiple paint jobs. Each paint job needs to be referenced separately to appear. This will work the same for accessories, so you can add multiple colours/designs to a single accessory.

This I also use this way to my mod. To use multiple images on one model. But here with the decals on Volvo it makes no sense. At least I did not notice any difference. Each look was done separately by SCS on the decals model. But the definition file doesn't say anything about the look. And when that’s the case then the game calls for a default look. That's how I understood it. I did my private decals mod in a multi-look way, i have one model with multiple look and scs multiple models each separate look. Thank you all for your answers. ;)

I have an issue which is annoying.
I have a cab and set the material setting the same for everything in Blender and ingame some parts are darker than other, also some have AO and some don't as those dont AO bake properly
So I experiment and some are now matching but some aren't:

The truck in mind is a Scania PRT 2 Series and this affects all cabins
