Mismatched number of bones with skeleton file

#1 Post by Chief86 » 30 Apr 2018 22:38

I have edited an animation file by removing bones that are not needed for the dash for a dash accessory addon on for another truck. But when i converted the file i get the following error:

Code: Select all

<ERROR> *** ERROR *** : [pim2pmg] /vehicle/truck/peterbilt_359/interior/anim0.pim: Mismatched number of bones (53) with skeleton file '/vehicle/truck/peterbilt_359/interior/anim0.pis' bones (29). Probably result of a partial commit (.pim without .pis or vice versa), check log.
Im new to the animation aspect of things. I did not create the animations as i am not that far into blender to learn how. How do i go about fixing this.

Thank You!

You have to re-export animations together with modified skeleton. As error itself is implying number of bones in PIS and PIA has to be the same ;)
