You can set weighting mode per vertex, and adjust weights per face. The latest version even has the option of grouping coplanar faces with an adjustable threshold for weighting. I prefer YAVNE, but it's been part of my workflow for a few years now. YMMV.

@Smarty Hmm now sounds good, the only way to fix this. But still i want answer 50k please :)

@SiSL i think just like you, but i suggest you compare their result. Blender also have a menu for marking face as strong or weak, but yavne really handy and have more control per face. I love it

Yeah. but that is what vertex groups are for too :)

Personally, I find this faster than having to set up both vertex groups and extra modifiers ( though I'll concede that you can use Copy Tools to transfer modifiers). At any rate, I'm not going to spend all day defending workflow choices that are working for me.

What answer do you need Amir? Smarty already told you game formats can not store hard edge flag, because data streams are stored per vertex as it's suitable for GPU.
