Weird steering and also.. [15649]

might been already posted but oh well..weird steering on 1.17 beta mostly with new DAF truck its like on ice when turning scania trucks does the same but less worst..both volvo's are ok.. (tried all of them on 6x4)

the DAF euro6 is undriveable compared to like the FH16 2012..

Also where is the Moon? is it a bug? or SCS just removed it completely?

i DO NOT have any mods that touch the physic or what-so-ever
P.S:the new lighting/weather is amazing! feels like a new game.

As far as I can tell the massive under steering while accelerating occurs with the DAF EURO 6, no problem with the Iveco (other than pulling wheelies with tag lifted and hauling heavy, very troublesome to get out of quarries).

Will post game log soon after checking to make sure TrickyMap is not causing the problem (which I highly doubt).

Can't say anything about the moon, I never paid attention to it.

Trucks here were tested with maximum horsepower available, load used: 16 t diggers, all with 6x2 tag lift (of course this load causes the tag lift to lower):

• Scania Streamline tested: not as bad as DAF as above user said but still is noticeable with a 16 ton load of diggers
• Volvo: Seems okay as above user said..... correction, Volvo Classic has some understeer issues when accelerating, but very minor, but still noticeable, same load as Scania.
• Old DAF: thought I noticed it at low speeds but I guess nothing to worry about, same load: diggers
• MAN: is fine
• Mercedes--- I mean Majestic: fine
• Renault Premium: slightly noticeable
• Magnum Excellence (no idea what Renault was thinking when they came up with that name): Fine

No problem with making a video, but there is a slight problem with uploading video (and editing, lousy ISP), it might be awhile, but the way I was able to discover this problem is by accelerating while trying to make a turn while on the motorway (45-55 mph). I gotta test all that stuff again? maaannnnnnn...

When I was testing I was getting the trucks up to 9-10th gear in the high horsepower range (15-20) and constantly aggressively swerving left and right using about 110 degrees of steering between two lanes while going full throttle and completely off throttle to see if there was a difference in how the trucks were responding. You may want to test using the 16 ton diggers like I did, and maybe the 19 ton of explosives or dynamite, I have not tested any other loads.

Started a new profile and took a quick job with the 6x4 Daf E6
Yes it understeers and it's not enjoyable at all, even at 80kph
It feels like there's a delay when turning the wheel

I'm also experiencing this problem, it appears to be limited to the 6x4 chassis variants and the DAF Euro 6 does indeed suffer the most. The best way I can explain it is that it feels as if the front wheels are lifting off the ground and losing traction while accelerating, like its pulling a tiny wheelie.

I'm using a Logitech Driving Force GT, don't know if this has any bearing on the issue, just others reporting it also seem to be using steering wheels.
