They have one. The first newsletter was sent via emails.
I think it's probably more a time issue, they're busy doing other things to put together a newsletter and TBH I don't blame them, there's already a blog that does the same thing. Do we really need a newsletter to tell us the same thing but in a summary format?

To me the blog is enough, no need to waste more time on a newsletter that does same thing.

Because in ETS and ATS do not have indicative signs of exits for the highways, this would help a lot for players who do not make use of the GPS.
I myself am an enthusiast and do not use the GPS, I believe that this should be deployed in future updates.
Another thing that would change a lot of the game a new form of field of view of the driver inside the cab of the truck, are my suggestions
