Traffic deadlock in Bergen [19062]

I found traffic deadlock occurred at intersection in Bergen.
I found out that I wasn't able to escape from Bergen unless I blow up other cars like GTA or reboot ETS2. :)
-version: 1.19.2.1s (32-bit)
-reproducibility: unknown
-mod:nothing
-coordinates: -10251.2;15.3956;-56033.5
