Use the scs extractor instead, you can google it. After extracting and editing the manifest.sii, you can package it, follow the steps here: viewtopic.php?t=185387

@BlazingCreeperx Hi a couple of days ago I mentioned lag in Southern Turkey cause of the streent lights. I think I found the culprit to be Rhodes I took that out and the fix and ferry connections and that fixed it. Weird that it would do that

@orucovic you have not the same load order. But as it's quite possible that other load orders work fine too, I will check if I have a crash at Vilnius: first by driving to Vilnius and then by teleporting to Vilnius.

@salessio2 you must not open it, you must extract it without opening it first... Just rightclick with the mouse on the file and you will see a popup menu. Choose: 7-Zip > Extract to "latvia_rebuild-v127-for-pm_v252\".

Same issue here right click>7zip>extract to... lead to this error : "can't open file as archive"

It's easy.

1. Put the latvia rebuild .scs file and the scs extracter .exe in the same location.

2. Move the .scs file onto the scs extractor.

3. Voila!

Edit the manifest.sii, zip it back up and good to go.

Highlight all the loose files > right click > "add to archive"

1. Put the latvia rebuild .scs file and the scs extracter .exe in the same location.

2. Move the .scs file onto the scs extractor.

3. Voila!

done all that selected all loose files right click and then add to archive

now what

still says incompatiable

Name as it as the original and put it back in your mod folder.
