SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Oh, I forgot: to edit the manifest of Red Sea Map you have to unlock it first. If you don't know how to do that, forget Red Sea Map for now, and wait for the official update.

can't edit Finnmark Mod - Nordlysbyen (v5.1) says damaged or unkown format and with 7-zip says cannot open as archieve

should i just wait for next update of this mod

Don't worry; Finnmark has just been updated to v6 and is compatible with ETS2 v1.41. So no need for editing.
