Speedlimit in Route Advisor

I just got a 40km/h Speedlimit in my Routeadvisor. AI is driving at normal speed (more than 40)

Well, I've also encountered this problem (and I am still doing it. Even in open beta 1.22).
My settings are to show the car speed limit in Route Advisor.
