A couple of errors in DAF traffic files [FIXED]

Incorrect speed settings - max_speed: 160 (racing truck? ), in these files:

- def\vehicle\ai\daf_b_4x2.sii
- def\vehicle\ai\daf_c_6x4.sii

Also, these trucks have no values - engine_torque: (before there were values - 2000 for daf_b_4x2.sii, 2300 for daf_c_6x4.sii).
