On this type of juction there must not be double solid lane, because the trafic goes only in one direction.

If you are using mods, like map mods or other prefabs, you should report this to the mod author. You should make bug reports if you never have used mods on that profile.
This type of junction isn't familiar to me, as i play without mods, only the vanilla map.
Also you should have included the gamelog file located in your Euro Truck Simulator 2 folder in your documents folder. You could use this site http://www.pastebin.com to post it here.

If you are using mods

You can see this juctions on the standart location (just a few on the entire map). I`m using some mods: some skins packs, interrior DLC and two maps mods - Going East and Scandinavia. But also I have been seen this bug earlier, before using mods.

You can find this intersection on the base SCS map in Germany, near Osnabruck. This junction is used to squeeze the highway from 6 lanes to 4. It's still here in 1.25.0.2.
