SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. Then you havent properly introduced the launch parameter in steam, are you sure you have something like this?

-conversion_dump_path D:\ets2pmg

Be aware you need to write that - before the word "conversion" or the parameter wont work at all.

Show me your game log if it keeps failing because I can assure you it works 100 %

I have entered the parameter correctly, because with other mods it creates files in the directory for me. And I mean the game correctly.

Because you have to press the accessories from this mod in order to update them all in pmg folder. It won´t be automatic as with other mods, with truck accessories mods u need to press the dots of the accessories.
