hey @galimim do you have a recommendation for what gearbox to use with the 480hp engine? i already tried 4 gearboxes but the truck never automatically shifts into 12th gear, or if it does it is somewhere between 1300 and 1400rpm, to high for mi liking (it would be somewhere around 1450 to 1500 with 85km/h, to much for me)

I use the ATO2612F with 3.08 diff and manually shift into 12th. That means ~1000rpm @80kph. Or 3.4 diff would give you ~1200rpm @85kph

I use the 2.47 direct drive gearbox and shift manually. That's the combination i found on Renault Trucks site for the 480. At 85 i have about 1050-1100 and at 90 about 1200rpm's.

the best gearbox for eco driving is the one where you can drive on 90km/h with the rpm as close as possible in the 1000rpm zone.

That is what they learnt me in the code 95 refreshment eco driving module.
