Hey Galimim!

Congrats for your mod, combined to Eugene's FH (Steam version), after many deliveries with a hard eco mod, I managed to get a fabulous FH 540 euro 6 dual clutch

But since I have been experimenting some problems. After the first "reload", when I played a second time with my truck, it seems that it "losts" some of the properties. The sound came back to SCS default and the transmission lost some of its new logic (for example it start on 1st gear very often). I tried many mod priorities combinations, even with yours at the top, it changed nothing. My others mods : TSM hard eco, DP realistic traffic, Promods, Rusmap, Southern map, Jazzycat trailers, and your real tires mod (another great one!) Do you have any idea?

Did you try a game with only eugene mod, and this mod (both the main mod and the patch) ?

I am using torque converter to simulate double clutch. Due to programming it will always start in 1st. I wish we would get proper double clutch simulation. I am using default SCS sounds so that is working as intended.

After playing more, I discovered that the truck starts in a different gear depending on the load. From 1st when the load is heavier than 11~12 tons to 4th without a trailer. Maybe something caused by an another mod? You should try

I don't understand what happened for the sound, but I am happy that it finally works fine

actually galilim, ever since 1.27, we have that nifty change that was done :

[ETS2 only] Volvo with Allison gearbox can shift up over 4 gears.

So i suspect that there is another mod causing Denis problem, especially since in my game, it's working correctly

It won't skip gears (knowing how a dual clutch work), but it should be able to start up to gear 4 if the weight is low enough

I missed that detail. Also I have been hauling heavy loads in game so that is why I haven't been that bothered by gearbox not skipping/starting in higher gears.
