hey everyone, i'm back. yes it's me, and sorry for not giving updates for the last 2 weeks or so because of some real life stuff. actually, i almost want to close this forum because i'm too lazy to continue lol. but don't worry, i won't close this forum because i want to continue my project again.

OK, so yesterday i solved the def problems, and the deflector is showing in the truck customization. the model looks great on exterior, but it won't show up on interior camera. i tried adding "interior_model" inside the def file but it won't work. so i've came up with an idea of making it as an addon hookup (the one attached to the red slots). unfortunately the same problem also occurred. i think the window trim accessory is causing this problem, because you can't see it from the interior camera. guess i have no other choice other than remodeling the mirrors. if anyone has a better solution, please reply it down below.

Good day Enus420 ! Your idea to install and integrate with mirrors will not work! Yes! This is an easy way, but it will limit future installations and upgrades on S&R Scania and other cars if you continue this mod! Deflectors are not always visible from the inside; in reality, they serve to prevent rain from entering the cabin and for ventilation. The author of Solutech had a good idea, the ReMoled Next Gen V2.0 mod project, but he got sick and nothing can be heard from him! He solved the issue of dimming the deflectors and knows how to register a deflector on a car. It is a pity that our friend Solutech does not get in touch, one could ask how he did.

woah nice work @andronio_26011980! are you remodelling the whole side mirror to make it work?

and for everyone, i wanna ask a question. is it OK if i put the deflector in the co driver's plate? because it has exterior and interior model. and it looks like i don't have any choice other than putting the deflector in the plates (co driver/driver) or side mirror. i think i'm gonna put the deflector in the co driver's plate because it's much easier than remodelling the mirrors. how about that? any opinions?

In my opinion, I prefer side mirrors, some tuning mods like Renault T improvement by Gloovers also put deflectors to side mirrors.
I think put it on co driver's plate will sacrifice that function.

NB: You can find the deflector in co-driver's plate for left hand drive interior, and driver's plate for right hand drive.
