Traffic density and speedlimits for 1.36 [2019-12-4]

Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

for me the best is to find the balance between frequency and count, at first tests it looks fine in my mod, I will drive longer distance soon when I will finish with the updates, to do a proper check ;)

honestly I don't know how this rule helps traffic exactly, it's Alin's invention but it seems to help at least in cities were Ai are quickly spawned and therefore I have a good density in cities. in ATS is not really needed, spawn in ATS is has been always better than in ETS2 :lol:

I'll hope, that SCS to do cool traffic, so you can adjust it from console (g_traffic by vehicle types).
No Bloom weather is not needed anymore, and may be traffic not needed too ... in future.
