Hi,
I'm loving the game, but I can for the life of me figure out how to map keys on my wheel to look left and right when inside the cab.
I need this to pull out of junctions where there aren't any traffic light signals and I can't see if the road is clear - I just have to pull out and hope!
I've tried assigning both the look left/right keys, and also the interior look buttons, but nothing works!
Thanks - Jonathan

Re: Look left/right in cab
I just use the mouse for looking and mapped camera view 1 to the right mouse button. So i can look and immediately reset the view straight forward.

Hi,
No don't seem to be able to get this to work either.
Are you using a wheel?

Re: Look left/right in cab
Use the "look left-right axis" on the Wheels settings.

In short: 1. Open controls.sii in your profile folder (Documents\American Truck Simulator\profiles\[your profile]\
2. Find the line: config_lines[...]: "mix trackiron `trackir.device.active?0`"
3. Change line into: config_lines[...]: "mix trackiron `0`"
This worked for me. Hope it helps
