How you can get a Real 18 Speed Shifter!

Has anyone had any contact with the guys recently? I've sent 2 emails and a Facebook message over the past week in relation to a problem I'm having with my shifter and I've only had what appears to be an automated reply.

@natvander, try the support web-form on their site (button with questionmark in the lower left corner). That worked for me.

It took me some time to find that button (doesn't seem to appear using Firefox on my PC). I've sent another message. I want to ensure they are notified in case other units are affected.

Max I did consider that, along with production and all related business. I'm sure my issue is a one off, but I'd hate for that not to be the case.

european trucks do similar instant split by pressing clutch for a moment. the game code handles both, because players can move US truck to ETS or EU truck to ATS.

Not sure if i understood correctly, but vanilla trucks in ETS2 should require clutch to split. Right? I just tried out the SKRS with a Volvo FH (Volvo 12-speed/Advanced) and i can still split by just releasing the throttle.

well, yes. the game detect both. as there is no way how to figure if the truck is EU, US or other.
different players like different input, we do both.

OK, i see. That makes this style of shifting (selecting splitter position ahead of clutching/shifting) sort of unrealistic then:

Is there a way to mod this to ones liking. For example so that releasing the throttle would not affect the selected split position, but only when clutching?

OK, then i dare suggest/request/wish/hope/beg you'd make it a selectable option sometime in the future
