Wow that is really surprising to me Werewolf, Back when I was doing all the trucks in ETS2 that would have made my life so much easier because there was so many trucks. Sadly ATS only has a whole whopping 4. I wish SCS would just release trucks without the bloody official licenses since we can just mod in the proper names and logos. I mean that VNL we saw back before ATS launched has so got to be done by now, but I'm getting off on a tangent.

Thanks for the response Cadde. Yeah using the beta branches isn't in the cards for me right now because I only have a 50gb a month data cap on my satellite internet. I can still handle doing it the old way. I mean I actually started skinning in ETS2 before you guys had launched your first version of ETS2 Studio so not being able to use the SP feature is just a mild inconvenience. Thankfully though the main program itself still works once I threw the ATS trucks into it. Which thankfully I found a video showing how to easily import them because I used to add trucks to your program the hard way.

If i had known about this skin previewer back when i was doing skins for ETS2 then i would have been over the moon about it.

Unfortunately i never saw any details about it and now things have changed and i no longer have the free time.

It was always my wish to create a tool that would work on all platforms - Windows, Linux and MacOs. Somewhere in the development process of E2S, I introduced a bunch of external libraries that had no support for anything except Windows.

When we start working on this project again, we will start from scratch. Having this in mind, I'll do my best to keep it as compatible with other platforms as possible. Also, there is much better cross-platform support now directly in Visual Studio. Also, the new project will be open-source, with source published on GitHub, so people will be able to contribute and help us make versions across platforms we can't. With all this in mind, I'm really hopefull that it'll be available on all platforms.

Dusting off my account to say that I'm really excited to getting a version of the tool that may make trailers compatible with the latest versions of the game. I had been playing an older version of ETS2 so my old trailers would work... Thank you and good luck! :)

Is the ETS2 / ATS tool being developed further or should it not be expected any more?
