I did sneaking by and I was getting a Fine for that.

I've see it done.. at night at about 3am.... and in Missouri. LOL I was waiting in line ( a long line of trucks) to cross the scales and a "Big Rig" shut off his lights and whizzed on by. They didn't even notice from the scale house, and I never saw anyone pulled over even 20 miles down the road past the scales. Some are just lucky I guess.

I've hauled ass down the road to deliver new cars and trucks, fuel, freight, and produce. Now I'm addicted to ATS doing the same thing in a simulation.

Got that right. I saw Michigan State Police, Motor Carrier Division, chase a semi down once, for not stopping. Turned that boy every way but loose.

Hardcore lol. I lack sufficient metal content in my cojones to try something like that.GT182 wrote: ↑29 Oct 2017 17:03 I've see it done.. at night at about 3am.... and in Missouri. Well, I didn't dare try when I was driving coast to coast, I couldn't afford the fine if caught. But in ATS I do it quite often... and haven't been caught yet.
But IRL there are times when you're in a long line and still out on the highway that they'll change to ClOSED until they whittle down the line that's waiting. Then they'll put up OPEN again and start all over. Some scales are only open intermittently thru out the day or week. Some every day of the week for 24 hours like Virginia, and only close for certain holidays.

LOL yeah I was talking IRL as well.
The Oklahoma scales are the fun ones. Will there be any scales today? And if so... WHERE?

I'm more curious what happens if the game tells you to go through the WS but you just ignore it and keep going on course. Never tried it so far, though, that's why I'm curious. Any brave souls here ever tried that?
