New Mexico ... how many garages and work agencies?

As we know will have 14 new cities ... I'd like to know how many garages and how many work agencies it will contain.

4 garages: Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Roswell and Las Cruces. No idea about work agencies.
I have approximate knowledge of many things
