Ah ok, don't know how I skimmed over the "different cities" part multiple times. On that note, it would be nice if the game told us which cities we have delivered at for special event cargo, because I never log on to my WoT account outside of the game.

It does. Click on progress history, and mouse over the job dot. It tells you basic info including the drop location.

You can also view the details of all the jobs you've taken on the WoT website. That's what you used to have to do to tell what cities you've delivered to in the past before SCS introduced the super-nifty in-game integration. hopefully WoT gets even more integrated into the game, because it's always a bit of a hassle to have to open the web site up in your browser.

I don't understand, where in cabin I will set "Polar Star and Polar Plush Bear" or "Grizzly Bear and Snowman Trucker" ?
I don't see any new locators in cabin in game.

I don't have mod on SCS trucks in ATS.
I have Argosy, but I don't ask about this truck.

I do not have this achievement so far, maybe because I do not see it?

Ah, yes. You won't see the node in the shop unless there is something for you to buy.
