Getting BLUE tinges on BLACK surfaces in ATS and TS games???

Getting BLUE tinges on BLACK surfaces in all games???
I am getting BLUE color mixed in with all of my NIGHT scenes only on BLACK surfaces, especially ATS and Train Simulator. This appears to be a computer / monitor related problem....that somebody gave me a fix for in the past...unfortunetley I lost the fix......can anybody help me with this????

Try adjusting your monitors color values (lower the blue value). Unfortunately I can't give you more detailed instructions as they will very based on your monitor. If you are unsure how to change these values check you user manual or google it. Hope that helps.
