Next ATS truck speculation

I honestly wonder if the comment indeed has a deeper technical meaning, or is it just to troll the community and send us on a wild goose chase.
Combined with VC DLC for both games, I kinda feel like SCS is actively trolling the community right now.

I also agree that the SCS’s comment on the tweet is to gauge people’s opinion about the truck making it to the game sooner or make another truck first.

If this is the case, sooner = 12-18 months from now. Meaning other trucks will come first due to already being partly made.

Also, we had 49X release in October (Sep 30), Cascadia release in December, 49X sleeper update on February, T evolution release on April, and DAF XG release on June. Will we two-month pattern continue on August?

I don't think is trolling.

There are people already taking this post very seriously and some of them believe that this will be the next truck. Trolling something like this might get people angry and have the opposite effect of what SCS expects.

I'm not much of a Pete fan. Give me the Kenny. The new T680 looks pretty sweet to me. I more than likely won't drive it, but I'd love to see it in traffic passing it in my W900. I'd love to see the W990 as well. Although its been out for a minute........I have yet to see one on the road in my city. Not even at a truck stop.

Of the older models that we have in-game, I prefer the Kenworth T680, but of the new models I think the Peterbilt actually looks better. I'd love to see them both in the game and drive them though.
At the same time, I'm more excited about the WS 5700XE and hope that one or the Volvo will be added to the game first.
