No they don't. Beside interior is also different.

Yes, they do have the same sleeper. The only difference is that the 5700 has the option for the aero roof cap, which I don't believe is available on the 4900. The aero roof cap is basically just an illusion that makes the sleeper look bigger from the outside than it actually is. (The 5700 pictured below does not have the aero roof cap.)

I like the full-size 5700XE sleeper than the 49X one. The 49X looks good only in the smaller cab variants.

And the International can be best brand to pull off both models at the same time, followed by the WS and the Volvo.

Actually yeah they share same sleeper. I didn't realised that before. Also 4900 has Aero sleeper option as well if I'm not mistaken.

The Western Star trucks do look very nice I would love to see more of those trucks.
