Next ATS truck speculation

last year was good. we got anthem, 49x, cascadia.

it's going to be August. almost 7 months passed.

what happens if current models change in next 2 years, while SCS work on old models ?

I hope VNL don't change its current model in next 5 years. otherwise we'll chase the new VNL again lol

Good morning from the beautiful PNW!

Just checked Steam DB this morning and saw some new activity. Shortly after posting this earlier in June:

The DLC was then removed from the system. As if this morning, the same DLC has been published and partially named:

Fingers crossed this DLC is a new truck!

Sorry man but the VC one is also has it for Ets2. So it might be something else

VC was registered in both games:

So it's not a truck for ATS but some DLC that will be in both games.

Yeah but given that ETS2 received a new truck very recently, VC surely is not a truck DLC.

VC could be the same dlc for both games so tentatively rule out a truck for now

Freightliner 122SD, Western Star 5700XE, Volvo VNL860, MACK Pinnacle, International LT, International HX, Freightliner M2 106 are all Class 8 heavy long-distance trucks, right?

The Freightliner M2 106 is definetly not a long-haul truck.

the 122SD, HX and Pinnacle apparently aren't primarily intended for long-haul use either.
